It is applicable for pipe wall thickness ranging from 1 mm to 8 mm. Equipped with dedicated HSS series blades, which are also compatible with German +GF+ and French AxxAIR pipe cutters. Manufactured from premium tool steel and cobalt-alloy steel via special processes, the blades can cut various standard metallic materials.
Motor Configuration: Variable motor speed to match different pipe wall thicknesses. Equipped with air cooling and temperature control protection for long service life.
Cutting & Beveling Process: The blade cuts inward-outward at one optimal point. Mount the machine on the workbench, clamp the pipe, then rotate the cutting/beveling tool once to finish cutting or beveling. Special planetary bevel tools are available for pipe beveling.
Clamping & Adjustment: Multi-point clamping prevents pipe deformation. Pipe diameter can be adjusted quickly within seconds.
