This series of External Pipe Cutting and Beveling Machine adopts a high-density, high-strength alloy body with servo drive. Engineered for on-site pipeline work, it combines cutting and beveling functions. Custom non-standard specifications are available for special bevel cutting needs.
Fitted with a stable power unit, the machine is secured onto the target pipe. Its cutting tool automatically rotates around the pipe for several revolutions to cut through the material. It features large cutting capacity and high efficiency, delivering smooth, burr-free, distortion-free cuts. Cutting and beveling can be completed in one pass. Replaceable custom bevel tools enable machining of bevels at various angles.
· Installation & Clamping: Multi-point clamping on the pipe outer wall. All machining can be finished with a single setup.
· Machining Process: Pure cold machining preserves the pipe’s original material properties. Automatic feed removes manual adjustment; cutting and beveling happen simultaneously for high efficiency and consistent quality.
· Custom Bevel Profiles: Supports U-type, single V-type, double V-type and J-type profiles, customisable as required.
· Pipe Compatibility: Suitable for carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel and other metal pipes. Machinable pipe diameters range from 10 mm to 2500 mm with a wide model selection.
