Product Description

CNC cutting and beveling machine is engineered from years of market research. It features self-developed cam rotary clamping system, PLC servo feed technology and rotary cutting process with user-friendly controls for high efficiency. This integrated unit comes with a 380V variable frequency motor and stable feeding mechanism. Tools rotate around the pipe for burr-free, distortion-free cutting and beveling; different bevel angles are available via tool replacement. The liftable main body adjusts machining center height for various pipe diameters, enabling easy operation.

This machine performs standard end beveling on pipes, and can also cut pipe mid-sections or machine double-sided bevels.

Free Warranty Period: The warranty period for CNC cutting and beveling machine shall be 12 months from the date of acceptance.
Services within Warranty: Free technical consultation and repair shall be provided for equipment failure or damage. Response to inquiries: telephone reply within 2 hours, written reply within 8 hours. If on-site service is required, experienced engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours for locations within 800km, or within 48 hours for locations over 800km. Engineers shall remain on-site until the fault is rectified and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Services after Warranty Expiry: Telephone response within 2 hours upon receipt of service request. If the fault cannot be resolved via telephone guidance, engineers will be dispatched within 24 hours (within 800km) or 48 hours (over 800km) to provide on-site repair assistance.
