1. The compressed air supplied to the pipe end preparation machine internal clamp must be dehydrated and filtered to prevent corrosion of machine components.
2. After each use, inject a small quantity of lubricant or anti-rust agent into the air inlet fitting and blow it into the machine with compressed air.
3. When inserting the beveling machine into the pipe for internal-expansion positioning, avoid collision between the cutting edge and the pipe to prevent blade damage.
4. When loosening the expansion handwheel to remove or reposition the machine inside the pipe, prevent the machine from sliding further into the pipe, which may cause blade-to-pipe impact and blade damage.
5. Rotate the feed handwheel slowly. Watch the contact condition between the cutting edge and uneven pipe surfaces to avoid tool damage caused by excessive feeding speed.
6. If the cutter head stalls during machining due to fast feeding or insufficient air pressure, shut off the air valve. Reverse the cutter head and feed handwheel to retract the cutting edge before resuming processing.
7. After 80 working hours of operation, apply lubricant and perform comprehensive inspection and adjustment of the machine.
