● In case of equipment failure within the warranty period, the Seller provides free technical consultation and maintenance services. Telephone reply shall be given within 2 hours for inquiries, and written reply within 8 hours. On-site service personnel will be dispatched as required: arrive on-site within 24 hours for distances under 800 km, and within 48 hours for distances over 800 km. Service staff will not leave the site until the fault is resolved and the customer is satisfied.

● After the warranty expires, telephone response will be made within 2 hours upon receipt of service notice. If the fault cannot be eliminated via telephone guidance, technicians will be dispatched to site for maintenance and troubleshooting in accordance with the above time limits.
